GAK9-Idaho Training Location

Our local training locations are located near Ashton, ID. We have hundreds of acres around us for tracking/trailing, with access to thousands of more acres on surrounding private ground, and millions of acres on public lands. We use the public access areas of both large and small cities near-by for urban training.

The Ashton area has several lodging opportunities we can help you explore.  Or we offer the ability to incorporate the training seminar and lodging into a convenient price point.  With our unique partnerships, we can cater to your group size and have access to various student housing needs for both handlers and K9 partners to include 10×10 kennels and crates.

Surrounding airports:

IDA - Idaho Falls (55 miles or about an hour drive)

JAC - Jackson Hole (41 miles or about an hour drive)

SLC - Salt Lake International (276 miles or about 4 hrs drive)

Travel Locations:

GAK9-Idaho can also structure a training seminar in your city, county, or country of service.  Most agencies choose our recommended 4-day or 40 hour sessions. We also offer 3 day SAR seminars or we will cater to your department or individual needs.  However, when we travel to your location, we will need to collaborate on securing locations for the rural or urban trailing training desired.
